I am so excited for this book. Christa has combined the wisdom of yoga's traditions and practices with practical tips from her professional expertise and personal experience, plus a little sprinkle of her own magical whimsy. The book is fun, accessible, useful, and meaningful. As Christa knows first-hand, many people with arthritis and chronic pain struggle with land-based activities and find relief in the buoyancy of the water. Water Yoga has lots of teaching tips, but is also great for people who want to practice on their own. -Steffany Moonaz, PhD, C-IAYT, Founder of Yoga for Arthritis
