Margie Carter has worked as a preschool, kindergarten, and primary school teacher, curriculum developer, child care director, and college instructor. She received her BS in Education from Northwestern University and her MA in Human Development and Leadership from Pacific Oaks College.
Born in Durango, Mexico, Luz Maria Casio divides her time between directing the Refugee and Immigrant Family Center Bilingual Preschool (RIFC), consulting, training, adult instruction as adjunct Faculty at Highline College. She has over 18 years of experience as a preschool teacher, program supervisor, mentor teacher, and executive director in Seattle, Washington. She has a BA Human Development, MA organizational change, and Dual Language Pedagogy, and a PhD in Christian Counseling.
Deb Curtis has spent the last 40 years working with children and teachers in early childhood programs. She holds an MA in human development from Pacific Oaks College.
